The Far Yeast Tokyo White is a dry and smooth saison beer. It boasts an aroma that is both refreshing and fruity; enjoy floral notes, tropical fruit, hints of lemon, straw, and biscuit. It has a low hop bitterness and finishes dry with a pleasant acidic touch.

Brewery: Tokyo White is made at Genryu Brewery located in Kosuge Village, Yamanashi Prefecture. Kosuge Village has a population of about 700, and more than 90% of the village is forest, which is a land rich in nature. It is also the headwaters of the Tama River, which is one of the water sources of Tokyo. The beer produced at the brewery uses the clean water from the Tama headwaters.
