Kagua Saison is an aromatic bottle-conditioned farmhouse ale brewed from malted barely, malted wheat, select hops and Japanese yuzu.

Tasting Notes: The beer opens with a bold yuzu aroma and sharp sansho pepper scent. The juicy yuzu follows on the palate along with citrus and yeast/biscuit flavors. The beer is light-to-medium-bodied and very drinkable.
