MUZ is 100% naturally made Spanish Vermouth from certified organic grapes. Partida Creus uses 1 red barrel, 1 young red wine and 1 oxidized white wine for the base. The exact varieties often change, but the goal is to maintain a regular style. The wine macerates for two months (2 moons) in stainless steel with a mixture of herbs prepared by a herbalist in Torino whose great-grandfather, Mr. Carpano, created the recipe in 1870.
