Cedric Malbec is produced by Château du Cèdre.

This family estate is comprised of 27 hectares of organically farmed vineyards, of which 90% are planted with Malbec. The next generation of the family took over the estate in the 1990s and banned the use of all herbicides and chemicals. Their driving quest is one of balance, ecological balance in the vineyards as well as balance in the wines they make.

Pascal is a legend in the region. His attention to detail and depth of experience permit him to prevent wines with very minimal intervention that are clean and reflect their terroir transparently and accurately. Pascal’s sons Jules and Robin have joined the family business, bringing a new dynamic to the estate.
