Totus Tuus Cava is Alberto Orte’s personal tribute to his mother. The name Totus Tuus comes from Latin, meaning “everything for you” or “all yours,” a simple but profound dedication.

Produced in Penedès at the historic Raventós Rosell estate, Totus Tuus is crafted via the traditional method using the three classic Cava varieties alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Extended aging on the lees for 20 months gives the wine breadth and texture, building a velvety, weighty expression that moves beyond the lighter, aperitif-driven style often associated with Cava.

The Label: The Riddling Rack
The icon on the label honors the riddling rack, an essential tool in the traditional method of sparkling wine production. During riddling, each bottle is tilted and gradually rotated over time, allowing the accumulated yeast sediment to collect in the neck before disgorgement. For centuries, the world’s most complex and age-worthy sparkling wines have been bottle-fermented and matured on their lees in this way. The riddling rack symbolizes patience, craftsmanship, and the dedication required to create wines of elegance and longevity.
