The 2023 Populis Sauvignon Blanc is blend from two historic, dry farmed, and organic Sauvignon Blanc vineyards in Mendocino County. The vine age ranges from 65-80 years old with a bit of younger vines from Clements Hill in Lodi, whose volcanic soils bring a lot of great texture and fruit. Fresh, but giving, with lots of length and acidity. This is consistently one of our favorite California Sauvignon Blancs. Staff favorite!
