Rogue Vine 2022 'Grand Itata' Tinto, Itata Valley

Winemaking Notes: Rogue Vine's 'Grand Itata Tinto' is a blend of old vine Cinsault and Pais. The grapes are sourced from the La Bella Vineyard that was planted in 1960. The bush vines are harvested by hand and then whole berry fermented with native yeast. Maturation occurs in 10-year-old neutral oak.

Tasting Notes: The nose shows bright red fruits of raspberry and strawberry with rose petals and hints of fresh forest floor. The palate is defined by its tannin and acid structure that keeps the wine lifted accentuating the fruit and leading to a racy finish.
