The Paul Giraud XO Vieille Reserve expresses all the fullness of the fruity aromas typical of a Grande Champagne aged for a long time in oak barrels. Apricot, peach, plum, and cooked plum revealed in turn, as the tasting progresses, until the notes of rancio so characteristic of old eaux-de-vie from the terroir of Bouteville. This single vintage, estate grown Cognac aged for 25 years.
