Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from a single 0.6 acre parcel in the town of Purmamarca in the Jujuy region. The approximately 80-year-old vines are trained to pergola and are planted on sandy and stony soils at 7,545 feet above sea level.
Winemaking Notes: Grapes are handpicked and destemmed and pressed before fermenting with native yeasts in amphora.
