The mission at Can Sumoi is to produce high altitude natural wines with low-to-no intervention at all in vineyards and cellar. These are pure wines showcasing their beautiful terroir.

Viticulture Notes: The land is worked both organic and biodynamic. Vineyards contain spontaneous vegetation covers, which give biodiversity, fertility, and life to the soil. The use of herbs is applied as herbal medicine to minimize the use of copper and sulfur. Control of lobesia botrana is done via sexual confusion.

Tasting Notes: The Sumoll gives freshness, roughness and aromatic complexity of wild fruit and aromas of Mediterranean plants. The Garnacha (Garnatxa) gives the wine finesse, elegance, delicacy and fruitiness.
