Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from a single 0.4 hectare plot within the estate vineyard in the Los Chacayes IG inside the Uco Valley. This plot was planted in 2011 and is located at 2,800 feet above sea level. 

Winemaking Notes: Grapes are harvested by hand and macerate for 6 days in 400-liter open top bins before fermenting with native yeast and aging for 24 months on the lees in 225-liter used French oak barrels. The wine is then bottled unfiltered. 

Tasting Notes: Notes of blueberry, plum, caramel, and tamarind show on the nose. The palate explodes rich blackberry pie and hints of orange peel that finishes with soft and round tannins.
