Terroir Notes: The floor of the Veneto Valley is a mixed composition of gravel mountain stones and a sandy basin that fans out into the Adriatic Sea. Water from the Alps and ample sunlight from the temperate climate create conditions which produce ripe, mineral, and dense fruit. The Pinot Grigio grapes are sourced from Bioagricert organically certified vineyards.

Winemaking Notes: The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation lasts between 15 to 20 days at controlled temperatures. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: The Bella Pazza Pinot Grigio has a fine bouquet of citrus fruits and green apple. There is lovely acidity on the palate, making for a refreshing white wine. Pair this Pinot Grigio with chicken, seafood, and fruit salads.
