Winemaking Notes: The grapes are immediately pressed with only the first juice being used for this wine. The wine ferments and ages in tank. Thanks to the quick harvesting machine and the proximity of the vineyard, it takes only 10 minutes for the grapes to enter the cellar after they are picked, which is very good to prevent oxidation.

Tasting Notes: This French white blend has a nice floral nose. Enjoy aromas and fresh flavors of peach, pear and lychee. It is a perfect wine with fish like cod or monkfish, but also for dishes with asparagus or other delicate and tasty green vegetables.
