A Quo is Montepeloso’s fresh high-flier red wine. Made using grapes from the more recent estate plantings, A Quo showcases Montepeloso’s special terroir while also being accessible in its youth. It ferments in large steel tanks and ages for 12 months in barrels (15% new) and 12 months in bottle before release.

    The 2020 A Quo is an absolutely gorgeous, entry-level offering from Montepeloso. It provides generous red berry fruit, crushed flowers, mint, blood orange and leather, all in a mid-weight, exuberant style that is so appealing. Drink it over the next decade.
