Winemaking Notes: The fruit for the Chateau Sainte-Marie VV comes from a selection of low yielding old vines. Grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius. It ages in stainless steel tanks with weekly stirring of the lees.

Tasting Notes: The wine's bouquet showcases white flowers and citrus fruit, including white grapefruit. On the palate, the wine is fresh and complex; it is a lovely Bordeaux blanc. Drink now or cellar for a few years for added complexity.
