It is a blend of two expressions of Grenache: one early harvest and one late harvest. The early harvested grapes saw a 5-day maceration of direct press juice and whole berries. The late harvested grapes saw the same method but for an 8-day maceration. Then the two tanks were blended together and aged in enameled steel.
