Winemaking Notes: The fruit for this wine came from manually harvested vines ranging between 10-30 years old in the Austrian region of Neusiedlersee. The grapes macerated for 5-7 days on their skins, followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. Wine aged sur lie for 4 months in stainless steel. Wine was neither fined nor filtered.
Tasting Notes: Naturally hazy; enjoy notes of apricots and goldenberries. This orange wine is a great match for spicy food, summer nights and picnics.
