Tasting Notes: The 'Ji Ji Ji' Tinto has a huge vibrant nose of red fruit, violets, and caramel apple. Good acid lifts the midpalate with notes of rhubarb, red cherry, orange peel, ash, crushed stone, mushroom, gunpowder, and flint. This is a red wine busting with complexity!

"The carbonic maceration red 2019 Ji Ji Ji is a co-fermentation of 50/50 Malbec and Pinot Noir, where the nose, at least in this infant phase, seems dominated by the classical aromatics of Malbec, with tons of violets and ripe cherries, while the Pinot Noir contributes with acidity. It fermented and matured in concrete and was bottled young and fresh, with moderate alcohol and very good freshness, making it very drinkable. The palate is tasty and fresh with lots of fruit, less volatility that in some previous vintages. It feels harmonious and tidy, keeping the personality."
