Winemaking Notes: Fruit is harvested by hand from biodynamically farmed vines. Muscateller and Bacchus undergo a four week skin maceration. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in neutral oak with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 14 months in oak and bottled without fining or filtration and with no added SO2.
