Winemaking Notes: Fermentation occurs spontaneously in temperature controlled, stainless steel vats for 7 to 10 days. Once the fermentation is over, the wine is matured in stainless steel until bottling in springtime, and is then aged for a further year in bottle before being offered for sale.
Tasting Notes: In the glass, this Pinot Noir is a shade of brilliant, light purple red. On the nose, aromatics include wild berries and cherry. On the palate, notes of light cherry and blackberry with good acidity and fresh acidity. Serve chilled and decanted with red meats including sirloin and beef tenderloin, or on its own, thanks to its fruitiness and finesse.
