Winemaking Notes: The Trebbiano grapes are collected in boxes and carried to the cellar. Grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed, then transferred int clay amphoras for a 24 hours maceration. The skins are then separated from the juice and softly pressed. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. The Trebbiano wine then rests and refines in the amphoras for a complete malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes: This Trebbiano wine has a hazy golden hue. Nose exhibits fresh lemons, lilac flowers and a hint of minerality and mint. Round, fleshy, medium body and wet/oily on the palate with flavors of white peach that lingers.

This amphora-aged Trebbiano boasts rich aromas of white plum, peach and chamomile, with an earthy terracotta accent grounding it all. Rounded and full in feel, the palate is filled out by ripe white-orchard fruit flavors and honed by a bright lemon pith tone. The texture is what really sets this apart: It’s silken yet gently grippy, like a soothing cup of white tea.
