Winemaking Notes: This white wine is produced from Palomino grapes from Pago Macharnudo Alto, a vineyard located in Jerez de la Frontera, planted on the typical Albariza soils. The harvest is carried out manually. Once at the winery, the grapes ferment in sherry casks and age on their lees for 6 months in casks.
Tasting Notes: It has delicate citrus-lime chutney aromas with a complex mineral background; it's full and crisp showing its Albariza soil origins. There is a delicate oiliness texture to this white wine.
