Vineyard Notes: The Seehof Riesling Feinherb is an entry-level wine. The Riesling is sourced from estate fruit grown in Seehof's home village of Westhofen, a famous wine village in Rheinhessen. Specifically, it is a mixture of very young vines in the grand cru sites (Morstein, Steingrube and Kirchspiel) as well as vines from parcels that are not superb enough to justify going into the top wines. The area is characterized most notably for its limestone soils.
Winemaking Notes: The Riesling Feinherb is fermented in stainless steel and ages for 4-5 months in tank before then bottling.
Tasting Notes: Apple, lime, melon, cassis, juicy, generous

"An off-dry, graceful style, displaying a gentle balance between the rich peach, citrus and mineral notes and the crunchy texture. Almost soft, but a crisp apple element lingers. Hints of cream emerge on the finish, bringing you back for more. Drink now through 2024."
