The Agrapart Terroirs is made exclusively from Grand Cru Chardonnay vines aged between 20 and 40 years old and sourced from the villages Avize, Cramant, Oger and Oiry.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes are manually harvested and pressed with a Coquard press. Fermentation occurs naturally with native yeast. Agrapart Terroirs completes malolactic fermentation. It is bottled without fining or filtration and ages on the lees between 32 and 44 months. Riddling is manual. Wine is disgorged 60 days prior to release. Dosage is limited to 5 grams per liter. Total sulfites in the wine are less than 50 mg/L. Terroirs is aged for one year longer than 7 Crus before release.

  • Vinous
    Rating: 93 (12/1/2017)

The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Terroirs Grand Cru is a super-classic Agrapart Champagne. Brisk and finely cut on the palate, with a real sense of energy, the Terroirs exudes class. Lemon peel, almond, white flowers all develop over time. Impeccable in its balance and also value proposition, the Terroirs is a winner. This release is equal parts 2014 ad 2013 vintages. Disgorged: June 2017. Dosage is 5 grams per liter.
  • The Wine Advocate
    Rating: 94 (8/30/2019)

Disgorged in April 2019 with four grams per liter dosage, Agrapart's NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Terroirs is a blend of 40% 2015 and 60% 2014 and derives from old vines that are around 50 or 60 years old. Mingling notes of citrus oil and white flowers with hints of crushed chalk and rock salt, it's medium to full-bodied, racy and incisive, with a satiny attack that segues into a ripe and vinous but chalky, tight-knit core.
