About La Vida al Camp: The inspiration for La Vida al Camp comes from the book written by Jaume Raventós in 1962: La Vida al Camp, Memòries d’un Cabaler, (Life in the Country, Memories of a Gentleman) . The book is a reflection on Jaume’s childhood experiences on the Raventós family farm in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The book is a beautiful expression of life on the Penedés farms back then, and how farmers of the region worked their land with respect, harmony and love. La Vida al Camp wines are produced from grapes grown by farmer friends of the Penedés region. These farmers share the same feeling of passion and vision for nature as the Raventós family. They work their land with organic viticulture methods.
Tasting Notes: La Vida al Camp is a genuine Cava in the pure sense and qualities. It is vinified and aged a minimum of 15 months. It is a fruit forward wine with subtle citric aromas, freshness and hints of grapefruit. It has a rich and full aftertaste. It is a perfect combination of aging aromas, hint of fruits and generous finish.

"La Vida al Camp comes from the Raventos family, but is a separate, distinct project from the Raventos i Blanc wines. It is blended with indigenous grapes from the region consisting of 45% Macabeu, 45% Xarello, 10% Parellada and brings aromas and flavors of lemon zest, tangerine, brioche, sulfur and smoky minerals. The mousse is fine, yet intense providing incredible energy to the wine. Lovely notes of lemon and orange zest linger on the fresh, crisp finish."
