Vintage Notes: 2010 has the beautiful delicacy that is seen in cooler years. Through very careful vineyard management, the fruit came in fully ripe with great balance and the varietal characteristics that make Viognier delightful.

Winemaker's Notes: Brilliant lemon-gold color. Orange peel, orange blossom, quince, light mango and baking spice, honey in the nose. Sweet peachy orange laid over round, luscious mouthfeel with a light edge of brightness. Finishes with lengthy peach-vanillin tones and a warm persistence. Reminiscent of your favorite Creamsicle experience in childhood. Serve at cellar temperatures for best flavor and texture profile and drink within two years of release. This wine pairs beautifully with asparagus risotto, orange or peach glazed roast duck or a lovely warm summer afternoon.

"
Pale straw. High-toned aromas of mint, shiso and oak, accompanied by a distinct saline quality. Supple, saline and on the soft side, with a note of quince; melts on the palate like sake. This is more about texture than fruit.  Finishes with a lightly phenolic quality."

Smooth and spicy, with lots of tobacco and root beer overtones to the pear flavors. The finish features a raw edge. Drink now through 2014
