Vinification: Maceration for 12 hours, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Eight months on lees in stainless steel tanks. Aged in bottle for at least a month.

Tasting Notes: Yellow with a shade of gold. Nose ranging from a herbal note to the fragrance of dried flowers. Initial peach flavor on the palate; rich, complex and full-bodied. Serve with a wide range of starters like prosciutto, seafood, vegetable risotto and more.
