Cultivated with gentle care and love, Sean Minor's Roberts Road Pinot is from some of the most prestigious Pinot Noir grapes in Sonoma. Flavors of cranberries and rich dark cherries are framed with a hint of vanilla.
Vineyard Notes: Located at the base of Sonoma Mountain at the far northern edge of the Petuluma Gap. The vineyard stays in the fog until mid-day providing an excellent opportunity for a long and prolonged growing season which allows the grapes to mature slowly and even, resulting in extraordinary balance.
Tasting Notes: The wine has a deep ruby garnet hue. Aromas of strawberry, cranberry, dark cherry, violet and forest floor framed by vanilla nuances elevate the nose. On entry, the dark fruit characters provide a perfectly balanced mouth feel that carries through the mid-palate, creating a rich and lingering finish.
Food Pairing Notes: Beef Bourguignon, puffed pastry wrapped salmon, complete with a cozy fire and your best friend
