While Paso is known for its red wines, Cris Cherry (owner of Villa Creek) makes some remarkable whites every year.

Winemaking Notes: The Villa Creek Grenache Blanc was fermented and aged in concrete. Partial malolactic fermentation occurred (40%).

Tasting Notes: Fresh and racy with aromas of pineapple, kiwi, and quince. The palate continues in a similar fashion with an added note of minerality. This wine wears two hats… something you can pop and pour at the beach with your friends OR pair with a nice grilled fish and ratatouille.

"Ripe peach and pineapple fruit emerge from the 2018 Grenache Blanc. It's bright, juicy, and lively on the palate, with serious amounts of acidity barely balanced by sweet fruit."

Vibrant, mineral-accented aromas of fresh tropical and orchard fruits, backed by subtle floral and orange pith notes. Silky and focused on the palate, offering juicy pear, pineapple and tangerine flavors that deepen and spread out slowly on the back half. Shows excellent clarity and minerally bite on the finish, which leaves a refreshingly bitter pear skin note behind.
