Tasting Notes: Another Pagos de Nona wine that's simply dumbfounding! Over a dozen white and red grapes grace this blend including Palomino, Mencía, Garnacha Tintorera, Malvasía, Chelva, Doña Blanca, and more! Mil Razas is perplexing and thought-provoking whilst being darn chuggable. This is not terribly fruit forward but rather is sprightly, vivid, and a true nod to old-school Spanish field blends. The 2016 has a great lift to it; it will pair well with many foods.

Summer Loving: 17 Rosés to Drink by Joseph Hernandez for Chicago Tribune 5/31
"It’s as if a ruby were melted into liquid. This dry wine, made from a dozen grape varieties, comes in a unique, thin-necked bottle holding a wild, savory potion. Light on the fruit flavors, it instead tastes of wild herbs, like rosemary and thyme, with just the slightest hint of red cherries."
