Kinryo Kusukami (Camphor Tree God) is made using yeast isolated from a 900-year-old camphor tree that stands guard on the Kinryo brewery grounds. Legend has it that the Kotohira Tengu used to rest at this tree.

Tasting Notes: An intriguingly savory nose evokes fermented plum and white peach flesh. Kusukami is light on the tongue with fresh flavors of minerals, cucumber and Asian pear. Elegantly, it gently fades to clean minerality on the palate.
