Speaking of savoring, for this dinner we are headed to Washington State. Talk about opposites, last month Barolo, lean, age worthy, to big juicy ripe Cabs and Cab blends from Washington. This is going to be a great dinner and even more fun on the wine. These wines are what I like to think of as 'consumer friendly' with a wine to fit every budget and then some big guns to appease those who love big, rich, highly rated over the top style reds. Pinot Noir, Syrah, Cabernets, Merlots and blends will make up the majority of what we will taste. We are honored to have David O'Reilly the owner and winemaker of Owen Roe here to talk passionately about his wines. 

Tasting portion of the dinner starts at 6pm $12 per person. 

Dinner at 7pm $68 per person. Four courses with a multitude of wine!
